Boy oh boy - Has Tarun been flamed or has he been flamed. Be gentle guys. Tarun has been good to his people.
He promoted croonies every six months who didn't have a real job, made them cross-audience marketing managers (whatever), web leads (yeah right), and many more (sorry to pick only two; the list is endless). Of course all based on (ahem) "performance". The mantra for success with Tarun - "lick and you shall reap" really works.
Cutting the sarcasm - DPE India used to be a great place to work in. So nice to see Tarun go. Good luck to BMO though. They need it.

This lady has to go with her mentor Neelam. She is the ground spy and eyes and ears of Neelam in DPE. She is also an independent profit center for Neelam. Hope someone gets this.
And if no one knows, it was she who sank the SI team to bankruptcy after IASA. The lady made a cool 40 lacs from the "Show". DEVIKAA PURI is one of the cancers in the system. Hope somebody realizes this when they are cleaning the system.

Its shameful to see comments like these on public domain about internal politics. I think the point has already been made and things are starting to move...like Neelam's departure is already public news. It is not in the right spirit to talk about peoples private lives in this context. Let us keep the discussion dignified.
