Ka-bam! - New comment on What's up with Microsoft India?.

If you would just change some of the names it sounds exactly like Redmond. Business as usual. The campus is pretty much "little India" now anyway. Does anyone ever wonder why we have more african americans on our internal marketing posters than actual bodies in the hallways? And why are most of the latinos doing the landscaping or serving the food instead of writing code? Is america really lacking talent or is something much more sinister going on?

(This would just explode. And not in a good way that an anonymous crowd can handle.)

What is this blog got anything to do with Indians? - New comment on Microsoft Walks On By - Yahoo!.

What is this blog post got anything to do with Indians ? Looks like the blog is becoming more and more a forum for venting personal frustrations and insecurities.

You are in a team and this Indian guy is really dwarfing you (intellectually or otherwise), you cannot do anything, so you come here and vent on the entire Indian race (Similar thing is probably going on against Whites on an Indian MSFT blog somewhere :))

I have a major in Social psychology and it is interesting to read the forums on these posts to see how people derive nonsensical generalizations for their personal specific experiences with a few people.

I wish if people could stop whining/fighting about races and develop a broader view of the World. But hey, we are not perfect.
